Resolved Question: did anyone else have to deal with the rude canby traffic cop after fireworks on the 4th of july?

i couldn't tell whether to go left, right, or follow traffic straight, so i tried to motion "is it ok to go left?" , and this rude traffic cop just says, "F***k'n Go ya Idiot!!!!" artist rendering lol http://www.policeabuse.info/cop4.jpg at the real intersection at 102 S Pine St and 99e in canby oregon but this really upset me because my 6 year old daughter was in the car and witnessed the whole incident. i tried to report him later to dispatch, but they wanted his last name etc, and i was like "you think i'm gonna get out of my car and further antagonize an unstable case like this?" they also offered to send an officer out to my house, but with my luck it would have been him...
